Virtual Reality (VR) and Rapid Prototyping (RP) technologies are important components of Industry 4.0 in the education and training of youth. With the digital modules to be developed, it is expected that youth will master the aforementioned technologies in closing their skills/competency gap.
Industry 4.0 has led to significant changes in the production paradigm, and the tendency to localization of production has gained strength. The integration of two important Industry 4.0 and digital transformation applications such as VR and RP for design and production is one of the important outputs of the decentralization and localization of production trend. Increasing the skills and abilities of young people in these subjects will be effective in reducing youth unemployment rates.
